Kaka casts vote for Cristiano Ronaldo
Brazilian ace Kaka has given his vote to Cristiano Ronaldo for this season’s Ballon d’Or winner.
Many expect the winner of the European Player of the Year gong to be decided between Kaka and Ronaldo, and the AC Milan man says his Premiership-based rival would make a worthy winner of the top accolade.
“For sure, Cristiano Ronaldo deserves to win,” Kaka said. “The Portuguese has dragged his team almost single-handedly to win the Premiership crown.
“But then there is my great friend Maldini … it’s incredible that such a champion as Paolo has never won this trophy.”
